Every time I have them removed from my credit report they reflag my account within a month and then it starts all over again with having them removed

According to the FDCPA debits are alleged unless validated, debt collectors can’t contact you via any means of communication with out you consent, state on any document or conversation that the communication is to collect a debt. I’ve taken the time to study the laws as a consumer and not a citizen and I have received compensation from the debt collectors because of their unlawful practices (1k per violation) please educate yourselves!!!!

I wish I remembered the man's name that helped me. He was very professional, nice and informative. I can't really be mad at someone else for my.past due accounts. He helped me in getting my past due account paid and resolved.

Bad company

Got a random phone call from some woman name Dawn Worswick. Was told I owed money, did an investigation with the correct company that she stated I owed money to and they’ve told me I don’t owe them a single dollar. Do Not Pay Attention to the stuff they send you. Reach out and seek the actual company on why you owe them money. Secondly Dawn Worswick is a rude individual. Woman was super rude trying to scam. Horrible individual.

Shady! Shady! Shady! caine & weiner sent a collection notice before the actual bill was even due and threatened to report it to credit agencies. How can a bill be in collection before it is due??? Shady!

This place gets a bad rap. If you pay your bills you won’t have to deal with them. If you pay what you owe after it’s been sent to Caine and Weiner then they’ll leave you alone. They even worked with me to set up a payment plan so it wouldn’t be reported to the bureaus.

Was alerted by Transunion of a post to my credit file. Checked and it was made by this company. i contacted Craine & Weiner and advised them that the merchant credit card processing company owed me money. I fired them, Yet they kept deducting monthly fees from my business account even though no services were received. I finally received a letter from credit card company showing a ZERO balance. Rep at Crain said she would email me so I could respond with copy of letter. Five hours later no email but new notes made to my personal credit file that I owed money. What a bunch of dirtbag liars this Craine and wiener compny is
