I called the Stanley Franklin law firm after an accident that occurred on the 10 west freeway at the 405 north interchange. They weren't the only ones I called, but something about them was just different. I was able to speak to a lawyer right away and I felt like the family law firm vibes also when I talked to both Danny and Josh.  After the accident, I had tons of questions about my car, about how to retrieve it from the tow yard, about how to handle the insurance stuff and how to get a settlement for a case. Every single answer they gave me, was on point and exactly what they said would happen and right on time. So the case got rolling, they got me to a doctor near my house and I was getting a great physical therapist for my injured back from the accident. They also got me in touch with an orthopedic spine doctor and I can confidently say I was just in the right hands for everything. I got such a great settlement for my case and it was super smooth from my first call up until my car accident settled. They have a great vibe and I was really happy with the results.

Do not use anyone besides this law firm if you are in a car accident, period. I have been an LA local for a very long time and I have been in several accidents over the years. I have used close to 5 different lawyers for whether I was at fault or another car was at fault for an accident. This time around, thankfully it wasn't my fault. They took my case, they communicated with me at all times, I was always getting some sort of status on my case and everything was set up for me by their staff. They told me it would take like about a year for the case to settle and they hit the nail on the target. One year later I am a happy man with a settlement in hand.

I loved that they were a family firm and there was an immediate sense of trust for me and I could just feel that closeness and family atmosphere. After my car accident I knew I needed a lawyer to represent me. It was a 4 car collision, I wasn't able to get any insurance information and I was in a ton of discomfort for my neck and back. I am writing this review after my grandmothers case has just settled with the Stanley Franklin Law Firm. First and foremost, I want to first express my gratitude to them, because what they did for my grandmother was just more than just lawyers do and should do. When the accident happened, one of the lawyers came to our house and first and made sure our grandma was okay. There was no pressure to sign any documents, there was no motive to like win us over, they genuinely showed care for my grandma and our family after the accident. My grandma was actually visiting from New York when the accident which made it that much more complicated. So from the first day of meeting Joshua then following up with his team at his office, we just felt automatically like we were in good hands and that G-D brought us to the right firm to take care of her. My grandma already had a lot of orthopedic issues going on and a lot of just general health stuff going on. So although the accident did not seem like it was the biggest accident in the world, it really messed my grandma up. She had her established doctors in New York, but she couldn't go back because of the pain she was in after the accident and can I just say wow oh wow, within a matter of days they ordered my grandma's medical records had them on hand and set her up with an amazing doctor for her knee, hip and shoulder. I was blown away at how fast they were able to get her set up, how they get her records and the level of care she was provided by her doctor here in LA. I was expecting that she would get sub-par treatment, but no, advance cutting edge treatments to help her recover from this accident especially because her shoulder and knee just got so much worse after the accident. Again, we counted our blessings for her medical care because that was so important to us and she needed to stay in LA because she could barely walk after the accident. They were also amazing in checking in with us to make sure about my grandmas care and what the doctors were doing because they knew exactly when the sweet spot would be to try to settle her case. And that sweet spot happened about 8 months into our case. They took her old records, showed us there plan of how they would show this accident made it worse and just laid out a roadmap. My brother who was in law school at that time told me this is absolutely not normal and the fact that they explained everything to us was like a law school 101 introduction. Even he was like impressed! So they told us exactly what they were going to do, they gave us copies of everything when they did it and just like that, they call us to tell us every negotiation they did and just like that, they told us what they thought was a good settlement to take in our case and without any pressure told us to think about it and come to a decision and they would either fight more or let us decide what to do. So me my dad my brother and grandma all met with them to decide what to do and we decided that it was not worth risking moving forward and having my grandma deal with all that stress! So we got the settlement, we moved on with our life and my grandma was on the road to recovery and having money so she could always have access to the best medical care. We will forever be grateful to the Stanley Franklin law firm – they are more than our lawyers now, they are an extension our family.
