I was in my friend's car when we had an accident and someone had hit us from the back. I called the Franklin law firm and they helped me right away. I had many issues before with my back and they got me some really great medical care after my accident. They were able to get all of my previous medical information and records and argued why this accident made it worse. They told me exactly how they were going to advocate for me and executed their plan. They seem to really know the ins and outs of being in an accident and how to get you the most money like they did for me. I am now walking out with a $100,000.00 settlement for my case. Also, the driver of my vehicle decided to use another attorney she had used in the past, and I can tell you that she did not get anywhere close to the amount I obtained for my settlement in my car accident. Goes to show you that not all car accident lawyers are the same and not all are equal because the results just speak for themselves. Glad I chose them to be on my side during this accident and I truly recommend them.

I was rear ended at such a fast rate of speed that the passenger in the front seat of the vehicle who collided into me actually suffered internal bleeding and passed away because of the accident. That just shows you how bad I was hit, and it was really really bad. I had just finished my shift at work when traffic was coming down to a stop on the 710 long beach freeway and I was just coming to a stop and all of a sudden got hit super fast from behind. Car was inoperable, I had suffered the worse whiplash I ever experienced and it was just a terrible situation all around. I knew right away how serious the accident was when the passenger just was not really responsive from the accident scene. It was a traumatic experience all around. Because of the severity of the accident, I really wanted someone who could represent me and take care of me in the best possible way. Me and my friends did not want to worry about driving to a party we were going to as we knew there would be drinking and it would be hard for us to find a parking spot also. So like responsible young adults, we decided to take an UBER to the party. We were in the back of the UBER driving down a street when we were in this major T-Boned accident in this neighborhood intersection. My Benz was busted after a horrible car accident. I was told to use the services of the Franklin law firm by my best friend. My attorneys are absolute rockstars in my car accident case. I was going straight when I had a green light when all of a sudden someone made a left hand turn right in front of me thinking that they could make it. Bad decision on her end, and we collided real bad right in the intersection. I felt the pain immediately from the accident and my back, my neck and my wrists and shoulders were making me feel super uncomfortable. This is my 3rd time being represented by Stanley and his law firm, and each time the results never cease to amaze me. I was struck in the back by a commercial truck who was transporting a heavy lug in stop and go traffic.  I have an extensive pre-existing history having previously had lower back surgery in the past as well as flare ups of lower back pain on an almost weekly basis. I was able to get a very large settlement for my case, and once again, they really showed how amazing of a law firm they are. They take even what seems like a small accident and somehow turn it into a huge amount and I have always been victorious with them.  It feels so good knowing I have a close relationship with such a family of super lawyers who have always been so wonderful to me as a person and got me great settlements for all of my cases with them. I was in a non fault car accident where a car had right hand turn from the #2 lane into the #1 lane and collided right into me. I had no reason to believe that after the accident the man who caused the accident would change his story and completely distort the truth about what really happened.
