My mom was hit by an uninsured driver. He actually claimed she was speeding and filed a small claims case against her. There are not enough words to describe how happy we are that we had Stanley and his sons who are all lawyers represent me and my wife and my new baby from this accident. The accident had happened back in April of 2021 while we were on the way to Oxnard from where we lived for an evening dinner at our favorite restaurant. We were hoping we would have a nice family dinner that night until this accident had happened. As traffic was coming to a stop from the highway we were rear ended by a huge chevy silverado truck. The impact was so hard that it caused the safety restraints behind us to actually disengage as well, causing our neck neck and back to launch backwards and forwards. Me and my wife had pain right away to our neck and back and I also had a a pre-existing shoulder injury that this accident just caused a bad flare up of. And also, we had our newborn baby in the back of the car and he was screaming from the accident. It was a scary moment. The one thing that did surprise us was the length of how long our case would take. But they also did tell us that for them to get the maximum money for us, and for us to get the value they wanted for the case, that it would take this amount of time. They managed our timeline expectations so we remained patient all along. We ended up in a lawsuit that we filed because the insurance company, as Stanley and his sons told us early, would not be fair with us with our case. This was our first lawsuit so we really did not know what to expect but they were right next to us every step of the way!!! They gave us confidence and showed how experienced they are throughout the process. We gave depositions to the attorney who was hired by the driver of the insurance company and we were able to tell our story of how the accident affected our lives. The greatest thing about it was that they prepared us so well that they knew the exact questions that would be asked of us so we had zero surprises at the deposition of us. We left the depositions so relieved and also so happy we got so prepared for the depositions. We felt so good having them by our side and the experience they had really showed us how good they were and how experienced they were.

This is our Hyundai. I was driving going straight to get home when the Chevrolet made a left hand turn in front of me trying to get into a mini mall. I was in a terrible accident when a car did not see me while I was on my scooter and crashed right into me. I suffered a left 1st rib fracture, right humerus fracture and pulmonary contusions and alveolar hemorrhaging. I was at Cedars Sinai for four days and needed surgery to get fixed up. At first look the car accident I was involved in doesn't seem like it was so bad. But let me tell you, the accident really felt like a ton had hit me. I was involved in a side swipe accident this past December. I needed some advice because I had some insurance questions that remained outstanding today. I called them and some other law firms. They were the only ones to take so much time with me even though they knew they couldn’t make any money from my questions and situation. I am really happy to have used the Stanley Franklin law group for my accident case. I was involved in a bad rear accident back in September of 2021 with our family in Long Beach. We were just waiting for a red light and then from out of no where and no warning this person who just was not paying attention slammed right into the back of us. It was my first accident I was involved in and I was really shocked to know how badly an accident can cause you pain. I had pretty bad neck pain which traveled to my shoulder and was suffering from headaches since the accident. I was hit in the back about to enter the freeway as I was going home after my work day. I got hit pretty bad in the back and it was a big jolt to my neck and and and my whole body. In September of 2021 me and my wife and family had decided to make a trip to down to Long Beach to enjoy the last days of summer.
