Hello! I had the privilege of being represented by the Franklin team for an accident I was involved in September of 2020. Unfortunately, I was rear ended by a car who was uninsured in the car that I rented from a rental company. It was a big impact and accident was very serious where i was taken by ambulance to the emergency room. The Franklin team got me an amazing settlement, the maxiumum possible under my own insurance because the person who hit me didn't have insurance. Was very happy and pleased with the services and I would recommend them to everyone who needs a good personal injury and accident lawyer. Was on the way to play some ball with some friends when I got Into this nasty accident. The girl ran a red light and collided right into my cadi which was instantly totaled. The firm got me a maximum settlement and they were amazing. Photos below to show how bad the accident was.

I literally had to write a review about my amazing experience with this law firm. The below was coming out of a parking lot and literally sideswiped my Audi. I was going go to with one of those big law firms you always see on tv. My sister told me about their firm and tgey were amazingn got me a 100k settlement. When the police report said acciddnt was my fault. Amazing result and people and give you a bunch of 💘!

I am from New York, so you can pretty much say I am super conscious of of no BS. I was in a rental car in Los Angeles when i was involved in a small incident involving my vehicle. I didn't know who to turn to, had no contacts in LA to tell me who to go to and I was pretty much lost. After scouring the internet I was led the Franklin Law Offices who were abolsutely amazing and incredible. I called about 5 other car accident and personal injury attorneys and I was literally dismissed every single time saying "I'm sorry we can't help you" without even hearing all the facts. The Franklin firm was the exact opposite - I ACTUALLY SPOKE TO AN ATTORNEY, not some secretary or middle man. My sister was involved in a really bad accident. She was going straight on a green light when a car ran a red light and collided right into her mini cooper which she just bought. It was her first purchase as an adult and she loved her car and to get it totaled in the accident also really upset her. Unfortunately, she suffered a broken hip in the accident as well as a spine injury and was rushed to the local hospital where she spent five days. Her road to recovery was also a very long one and she was unable to walk for a long time, she had to use crutches, and she was forced to use a front wheel walker in order to walk again. One day she was on the way to school with her friend, the next she was in a hospital room with a crazy road to recovery. We were referred to the Franklin Firm by a close family member of ours. Mr. Franklin had visited her shortly after the accident and they went right to work and got the matter moving. They took care of her totaled car and got her the check for the car really fast, they got on her on track with medical care, helped facilitate her getting to doctors and made sure she was on a path to a recovery which was a really long process. They were so caring and understanding as well and they would always call her, check up on her and showed her that they really cared about her well being. The case also was a pretty difficult case as the insurance company didn't offer that much money to settle it right away. She ended up having to go to court and she ended up giving a deposition which was a really long and tough process. But the great thing about it that they prepared her so much for the deposition that nothing really came as a surprise. The deposition preparation was about 5 hours long and the deposition itself was about 7 hours long. They really comforted her throughout the process and always told her that they would be by her side, and literally they were by her side from when the accident happened to the very end of the case. The case ended up getting close to trial, which they always told her might possibly happen, but they ended up settling before the trial she ended up getting a life changing settlement with them. We are so happy my sister chose them.

I got involved in a horrible accident & I was losing my way I don’t know from where I have to start very upset had a lot of pain from my injure.. We were hit by a commercial truck on Mulholland. Thank God that we found the Franklin's on Yelp. Danny and Josh stayed on top of the case and followed through.
