Unfortunately, I was the victim of a pedestrian vs auto accident resulting in significant injuries. It’s always important for me to do the appropriate research on a business or operation before utilizing their services. After coming across Stanley Franklin on Yelp, I decided I’d give them a call due to their apparent reputation. Josh took my phone call immediately and requested that I come into his office to meet in person within the hour. Josh was compassionate, detailed and very knowledgeable. This solidified my decision to work with him. Throughout the process, Josh was quick to respond to most of my correspondence, inquiries and kept me updated. Additionally, I believe that his firms reputation contributed to a successful final result with my matter within a rather quick timeframe. When it came time to wrap everything up, his entire family was very hospitable towards me. It was refreshing to see their lovely family come together. This law firm is incredible. I got into an accident in April of 2018 and the case just settled and it’s now February. I can see why they have the reputation they have. They got me the most amount possible from the insurance company and I was so thrilled with the amount that they gave me. It wasn’t such a crazy accident but they went above and beyond for me. It was an amazing experience all around. I am forever grateful to them as lawyers and more than that as now friends. They are special.

I was involved in a rear end accident by a truck on a city street. I had used the Law Offices of Stanley Franklin for a previous car accident I was involved in and they also got me an amazing result. This firm is fantastic. They helped me find great quality medical care, helped me get the full amount for my car (my car was totaled due to severe frame damage to the vehicle), and got me a substantial settlement which covered my medical bills, future medical care as well as money for pain and suffering. I suffered a bad neck injury. Also, I want you to know that they did not just take the initial settlement offer from the person who hit me; They went to court, filed a lawsuit and i had to go through a deposition. The process was a long one and the deposition took almost a full day. They were with me every step of the way. They helped me answer written questions, put all my documents together and prepared me for my deposition so I could testify well. Every question that was asked of me was anticipated by them and they made me feel so comfortable in the process, and I really had trust in them for everything because they really knew what they were saying and and doing. After that, we went to a mediation. The mediation was so that we could try to settle the case before going to trial. The mediation also lasted a full day and the mediation was being led by a retired judge who use to be an active judge who dealt with personal injury cases and trials. My attorney on the case had a good relationship with him and you can tell the respect the retired judge had for my lawyer. . Thankfully, we decided to settle the case that day and we didn't have to go to trial. The results are truly no comparable with what other attorneys would try to convince you with. Although, attorneys in general keep information from spilling but but Law Offices of Stanley C. Franklin family business do check on your personal progress. I could not be more happy with everything. They are representing me for the third time in a car accident and I used them two times before. This was my second accident where they recovered the maximum amount under the other persons insurance policy as well as my own insurance policy. They made everything run really smoothly, I was treated as a top priority and got great medical care. What I loved was that even though I knew it wasn't a big case in their office, they still treated me like I was important. I was hit by an 18 wheeler truck in a severe rear end accident with my brother in the car. It was quite possibly the scariest and most traumatic event of my life.
