My brother applied for EB-1 visa in August and his case was approved in November. For handling such an important visa, experience and knowledge of the process is absolutely necessary and Mr. Sedaghat law frim is the one has it all! After receiving RFE letter from USCIS, we were pretty much sure that the case most likely will be denied. However, Mr. Sedaghat's strong and professional response to RFE along with gathering all necessary supportive documents resulted in USCIS approval within two weeks of submitting the letter!!
