I wish I could take some stars in this review. Shawn Sedaghat is an egotistic narcissist, arrogant person full of himself who would not care about anyone except himself. He is there just to make money and won't care about anyone a bit. His ex-wife works for him, Shawn and his ex-wife think no one is smart enough to understand the concept of how attorney and client relationship works. They expect no one should ask questions to follow up with the case. Don't expect any decency of any kind because they can't care less about your situation except their own pocket. Flat out just don't work with them, the worst of attorneys, especially they are Persians, whom you might think you get sympathy/empathy. You can do a lot better than these people, run away as fast as you can.

I usually don’t leave review unless it’s a good review. But I have a very bad experience with this office. They were supposed to help me with work visa. I signed the contract. They charged me in advance but after a 3 days the employer bailed on me. The law office even hadn’t started my file. But they never refund me. Not even partially. It’s not nice to get people’s money without doing their job. I paid $3k of my hard earned money to this office for NOTHING.

I want to share my experience, and I hope that it will be helpful. We are starting our immigration process with Mr. Sedaghat and his assistant Ms. Khani. The first meeting was free, and it was directly with him. He gave us an obvious explanation based on our situation, and after that, we started work on our case with Ms. Khani. She is a kind assistant and all the time gives us responses to our questions. Now we are in our process, and I hope everything goes well in the future.

This guy and his team ruined our case and delayed the immigration case at least for 10 years. By not paying attention to dates and deadlines.
