I am mother that applied for my single son on December 2015 Preference Category: F1. Now My son, his age is 32 years. I am citizen USA on 2015. I am 58 years old. On Jun 2021 I received an email from NVS that my son case is open and we sent all documents they need these. Done on JUN 2022 just waiting an appointment interview in ABU DHABI. While we have not heard about interview appointment still. I contacted several as 5 or 6 months after that to asking when what to wait! they respond after 2 days of my email that just wait wait wait! the last responded to me on 7/20/2023; This case is documentarily complete, which means the NVC has all the documents we requested. Your application is waiting for an interview appointment, where a consular officer will adjudicate it. I don't what should I do? please may you help or advise me any way to know can be open my son case?
