I highly do not recommend attorney Shawn Sedaghat. He is an incompetent, overpriced, and immoral lawyer. He took my case in 2019 and promised to see it through. After three years, I got a trial date, which I had been waiting for nine years. In three years, he never looked at the case. For a month and a half before my trial, Shawn Sedaghat begged me to freeze my case because it would never win. I decided to hire another lawyer, who eventually won my case. I asked for my money back since he didn't do any work. His response was to bill me another $3,500. Please save your money and stay away.
