I got a letter of denial for my green card last Friday, despite the fact I have been married to my husband for 7 years not mentioning dating since 2010. The letter said no appeal and NTA had also issued. I was so afraid so I contacted a few lawyers and found them on Yelp. Ms. Michelle Taheripour met with my husband and me for a 30 min free conference call. The meeting was scheduled the earliest appointment. She was professional and patiently answered all of our questions. While trying to make a decision to hire a lawyer, USCIS sent us another letter telling us my green card has been approved. Yes this is happening to me on dentist letter and an approval letter in 4 calendar days. It’s unbelievable but I’m glad I don’t have to file it again. Thank you again for all the advice.
