What a great experience talking to Shawn Sedaghat. He's very relatable, you get the feeling that he cares about you and your case. At the same time he's very precise and knowledgeable in his profession. Any questions you throw at him, he can answer.
As for the staff. They're very professional in making sure your scheduled appointment is on time and without hiccups.
