David German has been advocating for my son for 7 years. He has navigated through 2 school districts and gotten him support that we did not know was available. He has been an invaluable asset to our family. He is one of the brightest attorneys that I have ever met and his knowledge base is incredibly broad. His office is very organized, efficient and easy to work with. We were in very stressful situation with my son's school district wanting to expell him. I was losing all hope that I was going to find someone to help us. I was getting the run around and getting No's that they weren't able to help. After 3 weeks of that I did lose hope. I contacted Mr.German's office his assistant was very nice and professional. Mr. German was very nice and patient and explained the process and told us the next step on what to do to possibly prevent expulsion. The final outcome was Mr.German was able to help us stop the expulsion. He was very generous with his time,very compassionate, very patient. He is a phenomenal lawyer. We will always be so very grateful for his help. I would 100 percent recommend his services.

Advocating for your child to receive the education they deserve, which is their right, is incredibly challenging. I was introduced to Jodi Bynder thru our Educational Consultant and she has been an incredible advocate. Jodi is a legal expert in educational rights for special needs children. Between her deep knowledge of the law, professionalism and empathy, she successfully navigated us through this difficult time. I especially appreciate her ability to discuss the pro’s and con’s of each step of the process in a way that was easy to understand, while at the same time sensitive that this was an emotional, challenging situation for our family. I highly recommend Jodi as an advocate for your child, she will guide you to the right result.

Dina Kaplan was an amazing attorney. She not only helped me navigate the byzantine web that is LAUSD bureaucracy, but helped our family achieve our desired goal in just a few months time. She is also extremely prompt about returning phone calls and always explains the process to let you know where you are and what is going on. Worth every penny.
