My experience with this law firm and my attorney David German was phenomenal… I can’t begin to explain the gratitude I feel… when I was having problems with my daughter getting the help she needs to excel in school I felt helpless and so disappointed. David was our fourth lawyer. The first lawyer said we had no chance. The second proved that we had no chance. When we were unsuccessful with our initial attempts with legal counsel we began direct negotiations with the District and they budged a bit - offering us a fraction of the amount we needed to fund our daughter's special education needs. We got another lawyer to review their offer and she recommended we sign... but she said if we did want to move forward with a lawsuit - we should use David. David was a breath of fresh air. As was Rafaella, his legal assistant. As soon as they were on the case my stress levels dropped. It felt inevitable that we should prevail. And we did! Not every nickel, but enough nickels to make our path sustainable. Our daughter now has all the supports she needs to succeed and thrive in an amazing school environment. Cannot recommend David German highly enough. David is smart, charismatic, funny and hypnotic. The two judges we met in mediation proceedings were clearly big fans of his. You will only ever hear good things about him because he has the respect of the industry. David is uniquely primed to champion special needs families. He shared that he was raised by a special education teacher. He said kids with special needs were always hanging around his house. Growing up in that environment informed his path and made him the lawyer he is today. Beyond grateful to his mother for raising her son to be a fighter for the underdog. You're in good hands with David. Things will get better. At last.
