I can not speak highly enough about Dina Kaplan and her services. She recently helpped us achieve a settlement with a notoriously difficult school district and we could not be happier with the whole process. From the intake process to mediation, she was available and extremely responsive when it comes to all our questions and concerns. Unfortunately, I've needed legal counsel for almost all of my son's school years. Not only is Dina Kaplan an amazing attorney she is also a true advocate for children with special needs. She goes above and beyond by taking time to host support groups to educate parents about legal rights and how to obtain appropriate services. Dina has represented our son on several occasions ranging from placement in his school setting to protecting his rights to receive needed services and that they are given appropriately.
