Me and the wife recently found ourselves dealing with a tricky property manager and Thomas (during a free phone call consultation) provided helpful information to make an appropriate decision. He was personable, professional and gave us many different solutions. Although we have decided to not pursue legal action, if an attorney is needed in the future, I know who I will call.

My bully, money-stealing landlord tried to illegally threaten me into giving him more money and not renewing my lease. Tom scared the hell outta my landlord! He was thorough, aggressive, ethical, and worked hard to fight for my tenant rights in the middle of a pandemic. He defended me from all angles and knew the law! I would absolutely recommend Tom if you need a great lawyer.

I hired Tom, to help me with a crazy landlord that's that had been giving me hell at my commercial unit. When I tell you Tom was a life saver this might be an understatement. Tom was aggressive and fought for us like we where family. I would 100% recommend Thomas.

Last April 2017 my wife and I recieved a letter to vacate our condo. We had been having repair issues with the landlord and owner of the property. When we decided to not pay until we got those issues fixes we got the eviction notice. Where other lawyers pegged us as the wrong doers Tom took the time to listen and advice even before we hired him. He is a very straight to the point lawyer and exceptionally knowledgeable. In the end we were able to leave the condo with our deposit plus and additional 3 mo. rent that we saved throughtout the process. I would most definetaly recommend Tom to anyone who could use his expertise.

Tom McNamara was highly recommended by my own personal attorney for a matter that literally erupted overnight. One of the tenants at a commercial building owned by us flooded 4,000 square feet of office space due to an individual clogging a toilet, thereby leaving it to overflow overnight. The flood was massive, resulting in the space being unoccupied for two months while environmental hazard specialists, electricians, painters, plumbers, etc. worked to repair, remodel and replace IT equipment, kitchen appliances, desks, furniture, tiles, cabinetry, flooring, etc. What could have been a true nightmare was eased by the sound, stable and professional advice provided by Tom and his associate, Patricia. Tom presented all my options to me in a cogent, sound, caring manner. He let me make the decisions I was comfortable with. His unending support was encouraging and helpful. Tom knew my insurance carrier was not meeting their legal obligations quickly and both he and Patricia forced the insurance company to act. The time devoted to my case went beyond my expectations. I heartily recommend Tom's practice and I most definitely will use Tom when considering any action which could potentially necessitate legal advice. His thinking is clear, and he treats his clients fairly and courteously. In my instance, the remainder of my retainer was returned to me upon conclusion of my case. I am grateful to Tom and Patricia for helping me in a very tough situation. He is a true fighter for his clients.

My (then) pregnant wife, my one-year-old daughter and myself were rear-ended by a drunk driver in 2016. Tom was referred to us by a family friend, we called him and then had a consultation.
