It's up to you to determine base don your first interview with him. He'll get you to sign an agreement which makes no promises to help you. He'll wait for your settlement, not do any work, and take 1/3. He literally did nothing!!!! I called my insurance, the other party's insurance, and neither ever heard from him. The insurance companies settled in arbitration... WITHOUT HIM THERE. PLEASE talk to other lawyers about him. Most won't know who he is, but those that do say he's a crook!!!!
