She did our Living Trust. When I went to pick it up I was dismayed by the size of the document, it was like a phone book. I could not fit something of that size in my safe deposit box. When I expressed this to Ms. Marquez she suggested that for an additional charge she could put it onto a CD. Then when I picked up the CD she told me I still HAD to safely keep the printed document. So now I paid an additional charge and had something that was unnecessary and didn’t allow me to dispose of the hard copy. For this reason I give her one star.

I recommend Carmen. I have worked with her and she is a thoughtful and hard-working attorney. She is knowledgeable about estate planning and takes time to do a great job. She is also a pleasure to work with.
