Harley is the best! He really helped us through some tough times. Always available when I had a question. Patiently walked us through each step. So glad we went with Harley.

The overall process with Harley was smooth, despite the normal pains of filing for bankruptcy. I’d imagine for most going through a difficult situation such as a bankruptcy that it’s important who you choose to represent you. Harley was transparent, easy to get in contact with consistently, and an all around professional. I ended up speaking with a few attorneys and he seemed to explain most of the more varied legal talk in easy to understand plain English. Not only that but he charged a very reasonable price and was even willing to work with me when I told him I had been offered a lower price from someone who didn’t seem as competent as he after speaking with them. My only regret was not calling him sooner.. LOL.. seriously.. After speaking with him and learning the law, I found out that you are allowed to have up to 30K that’s exempt in most cases. Would have saved me quite a bit had I not used that trying to pay down my debt and those crazy rates. If you want someone straightforward & no nonsense, I’d recommend him to friends and family.

Mr. Feinstein is an amazing attorney! He really goes out of his way to make you feel like an important client. Mr. Feinstein has amazingly fast response times and really knows his stuff and clearly has a lot of experience. Before finding Mr. Feinstein on Google, I had called several other attorneys, many who wanted to do much of the work remotely with me, and never even wanted to meet with me in-person until I was ready to sign my paperwork and/or the other law offices would have me work with an assistant in-person and I wouldn't see the actual attorney in court until the actual court hearing! None of those options sounded good to me. Upon calling Mr. Feinstein, he encouraged me to have a free in-person consultation with him right off the bat. While I was feeling out whether or not I wanted to put my trust (and life) in Mr. Feinstein's hands, he and I had several calls and a few emails between each other until I finally knew that I found the best attorney available for my needs. I made the decision to go in and meet Mr. Feinstein in-person and after retaining him and working together, I was 100% confident that I made the right choice with selecting the best possible attorney. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Feinstein has been patient, courteous, professional, and always replies to me VERY quickly. I've had nothing but world-class customer service and great flexibility in working with Mr. Feinstein. When my girlfriend went out of business, she was lost. We knew bankruptcy was the route to go, but it was difficult to find an attorney that was both knowledgable and feasible in a tough situation. We met with multiple lawyers, only to get contradictory information or feel like we were being sold into signing a contract with them right away. Mr. Feinstein was the only attorney who knew both bankruptcy and business law, and helped my girlfriend through every step of the process. I am a tough judge of professionalism, and I could not be more pleased with Mr. Feinstein's knowledge, professionalism, and communication style. If you're going through bankruptcy or even considering it, spend the money for the consultation with this man, and you will not regret it.

I am SO thankful that I found Harley! I had a small business that unfortunately I had to close. I met with several law firms, but none seemed to be knowledgable both in business AND bankruptcy law. Harley was the last attorney that I met with and I felt that he was invested in helping me from the start not just selling me on hiring him. He spent the time to answer all my questions (and by this point I had had many consultations so I knew the basics and knew detailed questions to ask). Everyone had kept telling me how complicated my case was as they didn't have experience with someone filing for both personal and business bankruptcy. Harley is a PRO! He makes himself available to meet in his office, on the phone, and responds to emails promptly. He also charged a flat fee for my case and I feel like the value and service I have gotten from him FAR exceeds the money spent. I decided to file bankruptcy chapter 7. I wanted to do it immediately and get it out-of-the-way. I’ll be honest, I found Mr. Feinstein‘s phone number on yelp. I actually picked him out because I loved his first name. Boy did I ever get lucky. Definitely worth the money. He made everything like super easy I didn’t even have to appear in court. He help me get exactly what I needed. Not only was it painless, I got to keep my business I have my car.
