I started a process with Matthew De Lira of Phillips & Pelly in May of 2022 after I was injured. The process was as he explained right from the beginning, long, slow and tedious. Matt kept me well informed and up to date with everything that was going on. He never let a call or text go unanswered and no question I had was too small.
