First off, I found the office clean and professional looking which includes the staff. People say that it shouldn’t matter but it does. They are the people that will be responsible for my future and also be my representative. They were all courteous, attentive and supportive. Mr. Carrillo was all of those things. He made sure l understood what was going on, what was going to happen, what l needed to do and more importantly what he was going to do. I was completely informed throughout the process and happy I chose the Carrillo Law Firm and strongly recommend you do the same if the need arises.
