Joseph A. Tang is an excellent Criminal Law and Dui Attorney. He is honest and diligent. He went out of his ways for my family and I. I encountered a serious problem and lost hope. Until, Joe was able to provide the best services and options for the proccess of my outcome. I am now living a new life with hope. I recommend him to anyone in need for a positive change with their case.

Being disappointed with my initial attourney, I was recommended to Mr. Joseph for my car accident. We were rear ended, but the driver swerved and hit only a side of the vehicle. The first Attourney kept stating how impossible it would be for us to win the case. We switched with Joseph and with his effort and honesty thought it would be best to go to small claims for this one. We did (mother & I) and we won! I was glad justice was served, and thank Joseph for his honesty and work. Plus he did not end up charging us a penny. It's difficult to find the right Attourney, but my family can now trust in Joseph and his work for any future legal matters.

Without question, Joe is extremely trustworth and full of knowledge. He is methodical on his plan of attack, and without fail, he kept me informed on every change that was made. He's so good, that he predicted just about every move that the prosecutor would make before he made them. I take the time to write this review because he did an exceptional Job, and 99 times out of 100 I wouldn't take the time to write a review for anyone or anything. But Joe was pretty much flawless, or at least it seemed that way and I was amazed.

i was sent a letter from a detective on march 2014 stating to give her a call. When i did call the news she gave me really didn't make my day she told me i was a suspect in a car burglary case and needed my dna to confirm and we would take it from there. i quickly told her i need to call some one get advice and get back to her. there was no warrant for my arrest they wanted me to come down and talk and give my blood. That didnt sound right to me so i called a number that gave me Josephs number for a free consultation. so i did and he gave me the best advice on how to approach the situation i was in when he wasn't even hired as my lawyer. he answered my calls, called me back to let me know what to do in my situation. Finally came the day where i needed a lawyer so i called him and we discussed the financial part and he was very reasonable. From the moment he took on my case he went out his way to do everything possible on his part to get me the best result . Given with the way my case was set up he was able to get the felony burglary down to a mis. vandalism. I took his advise from the beginning on not saying a word to the police and let a lawyer do the talking which helped me tremendously. If i didn't listen to his advice i would have been in bigger trouble , but from me listening to his advice from the gate he took on my case and worked his magic. He really cares for the best interest of his clients he took my calls and text at any time he kept me informed , always was on time never flaky or uncaring. I am greatful for what he did for me. words can never express my gratitude.

Joe has an extensive knowledge of the California Judicial System pertaining to traffic stop/police check point. Joe was diligent with my initial consultation. He asked detailed questions concerning the traffic stop in question and documented all my confidential statements with him. He explained the law concisely and clearly, offered his assessment and options to my case. And then he strategized a defense argument to negotiate with the DA. The key to his defense was that he exhausted ALL legal options before speaking to the DA. This was done in my best interest and I know with all of his clients. So I'm glad I consulted with Joe within days of my arrest when the incident was still fresh in my mind. Detailed information was the key to my case. My case was settled with a LESSER charge. Mr. Joseph Tang did a very satisfying job with completing and helping us through our situation. I am completely satisfied with the results of my case. Mr. Tang was successful and followed through with his plans of how we were going to go about getting my situation fixed.
