If he happens to be short on something specific, he'll do the research. It's totally obvious that he's a dedicated father & husband and wants to hear about his client's family. I recommend Josh to anyone looking for honesty, on-time delivery, thoroughness and yes all-out competence.

Joshwa was highly recommended to me by a friend to assist me with my estate planning. I found Joshwa to be highly intelligent, experienced, personable and able to advise me regarding my unique circumstances in a professional manner. He and his staff are very customer oriented. In most instances someone actually answered the phone---polite, helpful and able to respond with answers to my questions. In the few instances where l got voice mail, I received a call back with a response to my questions in an extremely timely manner. I especially appreciated Joshwa's ability to explain and clarify the purpose of each legal document in the simplest manner, ensuring my complete understanding. Additionally his ability to outline each step of the process and ensure that each step was properly completed was extremely reassuring. My estate planning occurred during the COVID crisis (2021). As a result Joshwa and his staff ensured all precautions were taken to ensure the safety of all concerned. They have adjusted the entire process to be electronic via email and/or phone. In addition when I asked for hard copies of drafts to be mailed to me I was accommodated in a timely manner. Final signatures of all documents were handled in person, at my request, in a completely "safe" environment. Based on my estate planning experience with Joshwa and his staff, I would highly recommend him.

Called the office. Joshwa picked up, started out very professional, asking for my information, wait for him to look up things, typing things down ( giving me impression that he was scheduling appointment ) . After he got my name, phone number, email address down then he proceed to say he is not taking anymore new cases. Wasted the customer time , lost private information and no service.
