If you ever need a Workers Comp lawyer find Lael Abaya! He is the best! 😊. Lael is compassionate. He is a good listener. He is sweet! But don't be deceived! He is also a relentless fighter! He fought long and hard when everything seemed lost and hopeless! He and wife Attorney Monelle and Assistant Kristine made me feel secured and cared for during the three years of temporary disability. Their service went above and beyond what I expected. I was unfortunate enough to have a PAIR of workplace injury claims with the same company, both separate claims, injuries taking place months apart. Further complicating matters was that (A) i no longer worked for the company, and (B) was in a rather contentious relationship with the 2 separate vipers, er, I mean claims adjusters. Each of whom were giving me clear bouts of spotty information and/or radio silence. I was in pain, confused and in need to some help. Yet, from call #1, there was an easing to the stress. Mr Abaya helped me to get more medical care than workers comp originally offered. He helped facilitate visits and treatments with various specialists, and he worked tirelessly to get a significantly larger settlement for me. He was prompt, compassionate, and easy to work with.
