I am going to start off my saying that I have put more thought into this review than any other review that I have ever given. My story began on December 6, 2021, when I received a wage garnishment order in the mail from my employer. I reached out to Alia through her website and her response was almost instant. She replied first by email and then we ended up chatting on the phone. My email and our phone call took place in the evening outside of normal business hours. I explained my situation to her. The wage order was going to kick in for my paycheck on December 17th. She acted at once, and I officially retained her on December 7th. Alia and Angela her paralegal moved swiftly. I promise you they did not waste a second. They kept in contact with me through the entire process. If I had questions they got back to me quickly even if my questions came outside of normal business hours or even if my questions seemed silly. If they were silly I was not made to feel like it. My process began on December 6, 2021. My petition was filed on December 9, 2021. My wage garnishment went away. Like I said these ladies were all business. My hearing was January 6th, 2022. Alia did a good job walking me through the process, the questions the trustee may have and making sure I was on the call for the hearing. After the call she followed up to let me know that I did well and what the next steps would be. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns about the process of rebuilding my credit and she did so without being condescending. Filing Bankruptcy was not an easy decision for me. It was not something that I set out to do or a decision I made lightly. If it is a decision that you are weighing, I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND using the services of Ms. Alia Khan.
