I reached out to Denise once I was notified I had a a pending case. Upon contacting her she immediately started asking me questions regarding the incident & started laying out our options and what she felt would be the more strategic approach with the best outcome for me. First off, I'd never been in a situation where I needed legal help. I was terrified. I went several months with a lawyer from Stockton and couldn't get any help from him. I fire him and hire Denise. I'm terrified because there is no guarantee. Denise will not make any promises or guarantees. She flat out says I can not and will not lie to you and give you false hope. But I will tell you if there is ANYONE that can get you the best outcome, it is me. So I hired her. Communication was good. She would answer my calls and / or call me back. Which is huge. She delivered. She provided an outcome I was told would never happen by the other lawyer. I hope to never need a lawyer of her specialty again, but if I do, she'll be the first call!!!

She saw my case for what it was and successfully appealed for my misdemeanor battery charge to be diverted. She clearly takes pride in not only her work, but helping people. Don’t waste your money. She only cares when you’re paying the amount you owe her, once you pay your full amount she won’t call, follow up or even try to collect evidence on your case. Didn’t get to personally meet her until my court date, even though I kept asking ,and on that day she didn’t even know the court room my trial was being held in, she was also an hr late to my court hearing and was reaching out to me for information about the case she should have been handling. Pretended to care, until she got paid her full amount owed then disappeared.
