I have not had to experience this type of situation prior to this and was honestly scared to death of what the outcome might be, from my first encounter with Gil he made me feel at ease and I felt my case was in the best hands possible. Throughout my entire case pending Gil's office kept me informed of date's and whether I needed to be there as well as answered my questions when I had them. I felt Gil also took a personal interest and contacted me personally when he felt I may benefit knowing the information he had attained. Gil and his entire staff were both professional as well as very empathetic to my situation and I can't say enough kind words of gratitude about them.
