Janell was wonderful, efficient, and uncommonly scrupulous. I found Janell as a resource late in the process of bringing my fiancée to the USA from China to get married and live here. The process was complicated and took a long time. When we thought we were almost there, we got an rfid in reply to our adjustment of status application. That’s when I sought professional help. I was referred to Janell and contacted her. She gave me clear advice as to how to respond to the rfid. I drafted my reply and she even looked it over for us. Since it looked good and the case was straight forward, she said to send it in and contact her if any more issues came up. We got our interview a few weeks later and then the approval for the AOS just yesterday, we couldn’t be happier! I only wish we had found her earlier in the process since she clearly could have saved us a lot of time and worry, on retrospect trying to do it ourselves to save a little money cost us much more in the end. For the past 10yrs or so. I was in the process(trying)of figuring out how to become a United States citizen. Jumped through hurdles and went thru different channels trying to get done. I got NOWHERE!!!! So, I was referred to Janell by a friend. Things went great from the initial consultation up to the day I was sworn in. Janell showed great compassion and understanding throughout the process. Her e-mails and phone followups made me feel at ease. She answered all the questions I asked. I can't say enough good things about Janell and her team. I hired Janell in April 2018 because I needed help with obtaining US citizenship and had lost my Legal Permanent Residency card. She was professional and very knowledgeable. The entire process from hiring her to taking my citizenship test only took 8 months. I met with her a couple of weeks before my citizenship test and she went over some of the questions on the test.
