Janell and her team were excellent! Janell has excellent communication skills. She would respond to me all the time, even during off office hours which was not even obligatory for her to do. I spoke to a few lawyers before her and I would only hear from them on introduction date and then never again. Our case was complicated and we also understood that Janell cannot do miracles at some point it is up to god wether will get our cases resolved or not. In our case Janell went above and beyond and did as much as she could to facilitate our approval. She called us twice when we were in Juarez, Mexico making us feel secured regardless of the outcome. We felt safer and like really someone cared and had our back. After approval she called again to check in on us. Sometimes even if our cases are not approved all we need is reassurance from our lawyers that we will be okay regardless. THANK YOU !!!
