Janell Freeman and her staff were amazing. After a subpar experience with two other well known Bay Area immigration layers (I won’t go into details) we decided to find someone local. From the very first meeting I was impressed by how organized and friendly Janell and her entire staff were. I appreciated the honesty and very objective information shared with us- no fake promises and very realistic timelines. Their response turnaround time for phone calls and e-mails was often within a couple of hours if not the very next business days.
