I called this place thinking that they would be on my side. I got a investigator that was super aggressive with me because i didn't know the full details about my insurance coverage. I called them 3-4 weeks ago and till this day they have yet to reach out to me to let me know if i have a case. I sent them to Gopro video and still no reply. Don't waste you time with this law firm. They obviously have to much going on to focus on your case. Its been 1-2 months since my accident and still no help!!! RUSS BROWN USELESS!!

I have not had the need for a attorney yet and hope I never do. That said I was at a bike show today were I met some people from this firm. So I looked them up read some reviews and come to the conclusion that most of the unhappy people on here never got hurt so what do you need a attorney for? If you carry full coverage with a good company you don't need a attorney. I love my bike but it's still just a bike they make more.

They didn't take my case but I do want to say thank you so much for taking the time to explain everything to me and answering all of my questions. I know that time is money and you have the top paid attorneys in your office, but they are not the usual attorney types. You guys care and you're willing to sacrifice what would be a bill for hundreds of dollars just to make sure that person understands everything they need to to get the right help they are looking for.

Were to began, we all see the advertising about Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorney's........ How they are here for the people, " we will fight for you" oh Brother did they, let's just say and i Genuinely from the Depths of my heart they are the "Epitome" of being a lawyer , lawyer means "lyer" just in case some of you don't know now you know....... we i began to to talk to these people , "lyers" they would say, we will call you, we will stay in touch, we will take care of thinks, that what you call "communication"....... these people don't have any sign of Respect nor do they care, it's about " Money" and there Riches....... I would like to Remind the people that "lyers" go home every night to a warm Bed, hot meal and there Families while we are sitting Ducks, waiting on them to do there J, O, B days, months, years go by and they get Rich we continue to Struggle to live......... people should know, that we had to take my Son's Motorcycle to the Storage, to find out they were close, and the lyers still have the nerve to yell at us, wow.......... we had to call medical, the Hospital's to make sure they send all Documents to the lyers And go personally to pick up Documents And they still want Attorney's Fee, imagine that..... they did everything, yeah Right........ The Motorcycle Accident happen back in October 2017 and they had said that the Settlement would be ready sometime next year, yeah if we would waited on them to do there Job, look we did there job and a year later we are getting the check......... please people don't let them get away, you have Rights and Remember they are a Cooperation just like a bank and they live off the people's money, we make them Rich......... " Russ brown" are no good having S, O, B, I Rate them "0" Below "0".......... Good luck And God Bless there Souls..........

They advertise that if you go down, they will help. Bu t not the case with me. I fell on my Hrley due to a road hazard, I had pretty bad damages to my bike. I called them and after reviewing my case , they pretty said they couldnt help since iIdidnt suffer sufficient amount of injury. I was shoclked to hear that my accident was not good enough for them since I wasnt hurt enough! Good looking out Russ Brown!! I ended up going after the city for my damages on my own and got myself a nice check to fix my bike and got more than I expected in my settlement. Do not give up, if you go down and they dont want to help , do it yourself!! After talking to them I felt bad and didnt want to purse anything, but I had to,it wasnt my fault. In the end it worked out for me.
