This isn’t your typical company. They genuinely care about people and the community as well. If you ever had the need to really be able to trust that you would be represented by someone who had your best interests in mind then look no further. Motorcycle riders care about each other on the road and Russ Brown has attorneys that care about you.

I called a few places and received no reply, Gomez I quote “Did you break anything?” case denied. Called Russ Brown and within a week had a packet sent out. They moved fairly quickly getting the property damage resolved, always updated me within a reasonable time frame, and even got me a rental car right away as I need to get back to work. That leads me to the second portion of the case, I was in a lot of pain scrapes and bruises, pretty banged up but no broken bones. Russ brown assured me I had a case. Had no choice at the time to head back into work, they still worked with me. Even with very little to go off in terms of treatment, they still settled my case. I’m happy they even worked with me while others made it seems flying off my bike and not breaking bone meant I was okay and wasn’t worth their time. Shane did a good job and always kept in touch with me. I’d recommend them to any rider out there who may think they don’t have a case due to small or no major injuries.

By far the worst experience I've ever had. Chuck (main attorney) and the "clown posse" that work with him are completely incompetent. Russ Brown is no longer at the firm, and has not been for a while now. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your legal needs. These guys are garbage.

Had no injury, just needed advise bc the other guy's insurance (Infinity) is trying to stiff me out of 5K in damages to my Dyna when their driver rear-ended me at a stoplight. Spoke with Shane, she was enormously helpful, and clarified things wonderfully. Sometimes, that's just all you need... thank you!
