I'll start by saying this before I get into my review... do your due diligence and shop around with multiple attorneys first! Russ Brown charges 33%. The difference 5% can make can equate to thousands of additional dollars in your pocket from a settlement depending on your case. I know you probably JUST got in an accident and are frazzled, but you will thank yourself later for having known you got the best service for the best rate. Now onto my review: Russ Brown performed exactly as expected; professionally, promptly, fairly, transparently, and as-advertised. They are experts in their field and you can expect the outcome of your case to directly correlate to that expertise. Is this an expensive service? Yes. Is it worth every cent having the best of the best professionals on your side to help you navigate your injury/accident? Also yes. My injury sucked, the red tape was a headache, my bike was totaled, and Russ Brown helped me get through it all with confidence. If you go with them you should definitely tailor your expectations around communication - sometimes I would go weeks without hearing back on an open question. In hindsight though, you really cannot expect daily correspondence and updates on a trial that drags on for 8 months - these things simply take time. I would absolutely recommend Russ Brown and thank them for their service.

I had a motorcycle accident that ended up being a very complex case. In the end, despite all of the complications leading to numerous road blocks, Russ Brown was able to get me a settlement and an overall satisfactory outcome. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.
