Hired Russ Brown was represented by A very Junior level staff attorney named Andrew. I have to say I’ve never been more disappointed in my life as I settled for $35,000 and left with 11 K in my pocket. After I settled I was told it should have settled for over $500k. I had to deal with a bicep that was torn off my arm after being hit by somebody who had minimal insurance. They went after the easy default insurance amount and wouldn’t go after anymore. I settled because I was already a year and a half into the deal. I was pissed and disgusted and worn out. If I were everybody I would stay free and clear of the good old boy club Russ Brown accident attorneys make you feel like they’re your friend that’s great and I’ll give you a little pocket change when you need it but they’re very junior level fruit pickers. When you go down DO NOT CALL RUSS BROWN call the big boys.

I received my settlement check, I had my hospital bills taken care of, the expenses that came with the lack of transportation were covered and I even got the market value for my total loss.
