I do not recommend. They just want easy cases and don't help people with their rights. The property where I live has holes in the carpet, holes in the walls, exposed wires, broken doors, plumbing issues, and the landlord has never fixed the property. I have pictures and text messages that she was going to fix it but she never did. I called the office to see if they can help me with my situation. I told them I have photos and proof. Esperanza told me that they only take cases if there is a report from the city and if not, they don't take it. So I told her that they only want easy cases and she said yes admitting to it. Pictures, videos and messages are still considered evidence, but they don’t want something difficult. A good attorney is someone who knows the rights of tenants and helps them. Not all cases are going to be as easy as they want. What should matter is helping people with their rights. This lawyer doesn't care about helping people, he just wants his easy job. No lo recomiendo. Solo quieren casos fáciles y no les importa ayudar a las personas con sus derechos. La propiedad donde yo vivo tiene hoyos en la alfombra, hoyos en las paredes, cables expuestos, puertas rotas, problemas de plomería, y el propietario nunca arregló la propiedad. Tengo fotos y mensajes de texto de que iba a arreglarlo pero nunca lo hizo. Llame a la oficina para ver si me pueden ayudar con mi situación les dije que tengo fotos y pruebas. La señora Esperanza me dijo que solo toman casos si hay un reporte de la ciudad y si no, no lo toman. Entonces le dije que solo quieren casos fáciles y ella me dijo que si. Un buen abogado es alguien que conoce los derechos de los inquilinos y los ayuda. No todo los casos van hacer fácil como ellos quieren. Lo que debe de importa es ayudar a personas con sus derechos. Este abogado no le importa ayudar a la gente, no más quiere su trabajo fácil.
