Steven Flanagan is an excellent Attorney. He was thorough, professional, worked tirelessly preparing for our day in Court. Mr. Flanagan left no stone unturned. An excellent communicator and I agree he is a genius. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

Good lawyer for criminal cases...!!!

I was charged with Attempted Murder for protecting my son from a 4 strike loser high on drugs. He should have never been released from prison, where he spent half his life. The obvious lies he told in prelim could have been easily proven with his hospital records. Flanagan, the Judge and the Prosecutor all knew I was innocent. Piece of $hit Flanagan said he wanted this to go to trial and we would win. Well, the day before Jury Selection, Flanagan had Lieberman's dick up his tail pipe and I spent over 18 months in L.A. county jail for something I didn't do. This S.O.B. should had lost his B.A.R. license long ago.

I WAS DONE...COOKED...THEY HAD ME DEAD TO RIGHTS FOR SALES OF ADDEARLL WITH INTENT FROM STUPID CRAIGSLIST ADS MY FRIEND PLACED ON MY COMP FOR ME...NOT LONG AFTER RETAINING STEVE WE WERE ABLE TO AMEND THE CHARGE OF 11377.5 (INTENT) TO SIMPLE POSSESION OF A CSA 2 WHICH IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PRISON TERM AND I'M NOT A PERSON WHO WOULD DO WELL INSIDE. INSTEAD, STEVE WAS ABLE TO CHANGE THE CHARGE WHICH MAKES THE CASE A WOBBLIER FELONY/MISDEMEANOR DEPENDING ON IF YOUR ABLE TO DO WHAT YOUR TOLD. THIS INCLUDED CAL TRANS 30 DAYS WORTH, DRUG CLASSES, AND NOT BEING ABLE TO ASSOCIATE AT LOCATIONS LIKE BARS ETC....BETTER THAN A JAIL TERM THATS FOR SURE....if you are in a jam and need the best in SFV....call and retain the expensive but brilliant Steve Flanagan and realize your future isn't as bleak as the public defender tells you.
