I am forever grateful for Richard's work. It started off great. He was able to convince the judge to waive my bail, which helped me saved a lot of money. Other attorneys would just tell you to pay the bail or recommend their bail bond partner. That shows to me that he is caring person. A person that looks after his client. The end result of my case was the best that I could hope for. That result also helped with my license case. Thank you Richard

When I work with Richard Weese on a case, I know the work will be done and the case will be argued to the fullest. He is also great at explaining a client's options.

Went to Summit Defense because their name appeared on Google search (don't trust search ads). Richard is a busy lawyer. He almost had no time on my case. Every time I schedule a meeting with him, he talks as if I was a different client. He always reads my his files to remember about my case. He missed my first ever appearance. He only represented me during plea bargaining. And that's it. Not very responsive.

Richard Weese was the model of professionalism & knowledge while we worked together on a family members case. The court and language of the legal system was new to us and we were very pleased at the time he took to explain the process and next steps needed along the way. I am hoping we never need an attorney again, yet if we get into a situation where we need advise, he is the first call I will make! Thanks Richard for all the hard work... Its much appreciated!

Mr. Weese has been a great lawyer for me and my family. More than just working with me in my legal case, he has been a great teacher. He has given me wisdom on how to get on the right path, avoid legal troubles, and stay grounded. Having had six to seven court dates, Mr. Weese never seemed to show discontent for having to take time out of his busy schedule to attend, often times 2-3 hour court sessions. Aside from the court dates, many conference room sessions were held to discuss matters from what occurred at previous court appearances. He has helped me tremendously, both in life, and with legalities, as stated earlier. Without the help of Mr. Weese and his Summit Defense team, I cannot begin to imagine the difficulties I would have had in trying to clean up my record. It has been a blessing having him as my lawyer, and I would recommend him to all my peers, if any legal situation were to occur in their lives. P.S. As stated above : "I have previously worked with 1-2 lawyers." I hired Summit Defense (same team) with DUI issues less than a year prior. Case won. Clean record.
