I was referred to Joe by an auto body shop after someone hit my car (I was just sitting in it and was sideswiped). From day one, Joe was calm, collected and very informative on the process and also always concerned asking how I was physically doing as his primary concern was I get the medical help I needed to ensure I was feeling better vs. just trying to settle a claim. He set me up with chiropractic appointments, as well as a spinal doctor to ensure I was being treated comprehensively. The overall process took a little less than a year, but Joe always kept me informed about what was going on with both insurance companies (if there were delays, hiccups, etc.) and eventually received a settlement. He went out of his way to hand-deliver the settlement to ensure I received it, which was very appreciated.
