Our experience with Rebecca Goldfarb and Dinh Luu and their team has been excellent. My wife and I wanted to have estate documents updated. Rebecca gave us a comprehensive overview of their process (including various videos and informational documents) and what to expect including the information we needed to provide. As part of their process we considered a number of scenarios to make sure nothing was overlooked. Once our information was gathered, Dinh met with us to explain the final documents making sure we understood everything before the final document signing. All show, NO go. Called Ms. Goldfarb for expert help with a pretty simple elder administrative need several times this week, with no return call from her day 1 or 2 or 3, with her Screener Ms. Ross-Salonga calling at the end of day 2 @ 5pm, getting the basic case info from me & promising to review it with her boss Ms. Goldfard just after our call or “in the morning” day 3. Yep, NO call or communication all day 3 (today), so I call again for each now @ 4pm, yep, NO answer at any phone line once again (& EVERY TIME). Clearly, NO real or pro day office set-up. Minutes after my 4pm call to each just now, I get a vague emailed note from Screener Ms. Ross-Salonga “apologizing” for NOT getting back to me ASAP & they now “TOO BUSY” to help me. Yep, 3 days wasted & my case timeline now damaged. Yep, their kinda CANNED & PRO website & videos do NOT represent how they run their own business: REMOVED, DETACHED, COLD & SLOPPY. My experience x 3 days…hopefully NOT yours.
