Mr. Berlin is a very tenacious, knowledgeable, and dedicated attorney: this is my opinion. He was very detail-oriented, and followed up as needed. Mr. Berlin showed care, concern, and understanding of the case, as well, of course, the law. My case was workmanship comp case. I was very much in pain, and it was not easy, and I needed a lawyer who would know how to help. Of course, I worried for my situation, and my family. I had many questions, about the case, the process, and Mr. Berlin was able to answer them, and address my concerns. It was a complicated case, and Mr. Berlin was able to navigate it. Mr. Berlin possesses great work ethics, as well genuine interest in his client's case; certainly he did in mine. I was not a mere folder in his office, but a case he was dedicated to win. This is not just to embellish him; this comes from my heart, a gratitude for a professionally handled case. I definitely recommend him because he demonstrated experience, dedication, drive, and tenacity to win my case.

Alex was my attorney for 1 year, during that year he did absolutely nothing for my case. Do not retain this attorney he will do nothing for you or your case and will just sit back and wait till you settle to get his percentage.

I called Mr. Berlin up after I suffered a very serious injury causing blindness in my left eye. I was assured by Mr. Berlin that he would be able to handle this case and I would be fairly compensated. It was almost three years until I got a letter in the mail, stating that he could no longer be my lawyer and that he had given up on the case. Before that even had happened I had called numerous times, left tons of messages and never received a call back. And not only did all that happen, but whenever I was able to speak with him, he made excuses about how it was a long process and that he was doing everything he could for the case. I feel that he should have been more honest about how difficult this case would have been so that I could have found a more serious lawyer to take my case and not waste time.
