i dont have an experience. they filed the application on my behalf,never talked to them afterwards. they did great at filing my application and that process. Ive tried calling them with a few question after this settlement but I yet haven't heard from anyone at Disability Adocates.

They’ve done nothing to advocate for me. The people that I’ve spoken with have lied to me and told me they did things they did not. My point of contact has changed several times. I’ve had to provide information directly to Social Security.

For them to have the name “Disability Advocates Group” you’d think there would be some patience, compassion, and ability to educate those seeking help or legal advice. That is surely not the case. Most of us parents have absolutely no understanding of some laws or avenues we can take to help our kiddos get the services or benefits they deserve. So we call groups like this, that have the look of a law firm that actually wants to help out those with disabilities and their families. And you’re then greeted with the coldest and rudest attitude imaginable. You are not talked to kindly, you are barely even talked to. Unless you have the showings of something that can be more prosperous for them and not you. I really regret even reaching out because now I feel even worse off than I did before. I would suggest seeking an actual advocating group for those with disabilities and asking them where they feel would be best for you to go. Because at least you know intentions are more focused on actually helping people and not what cases can make them the most money.
