Dustin Krogh has been my lawyer since my divorce and most recently into a difficult child custody case with a move away. I really couldn’t be happier with him and his firm! He was always responsive and timely. I feel like I need to say this next part because I’m not a fan of having to do anything inside a courtroom or with Lawyers in general but he actually cared about me. Not just the case and the face value of the challenges it brought, but me. He handled everything cleanly, gave phenomenal advice and helped me through some very tight and tough times. For perspective I’m a Dad in the state of California fighting custody of 2 kids and moving with them out of state. Through the whole process he kept me grounded, set my expectations accurately, and maintained a professional decorum that I appreciate and admire! If I could give 10 stars I would.

My husband had a legal issue and Attorney Camarata guided us through the entire process. Joseph Camarata defended my husband and we really felt that someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and respected, was looking out for my husband's best interests. Joe Camarata was an incredible defense attorney on my case. He went in depth into all matters pertaining to my case. He brought forth weaknesses on the police report, the victim testification, audio and video strengths and weaknesses. His deliberation to the jury on my last day of trial, was impeccable, I wish I had a video of his performance. Overall, he made for a very strong defense, which yielded my case being exonerated. Joe is one of a kind, the best attorney I have ever witnessed. The judicial system should be honored on having such a fine lawyer.

Joe and his paralegal Lisa worked hard for me from day one, my divorce wasn't the most pleasant or amicable but every question or oncern I had was met with understanding and answered quickly and professionally. Have to say the team that was there made me the client feel like family not just another military divorce statistic. Last minute issues came to pass that caused serious concerns for my case but Joe and Lisa were able to find the time to get things straightened out with the x's side and finish my case. Glad I had them for my case.

I am very content with the results of my divorce and I thank Mr. Camarata and Lisa sincerely. Although I hired them to execute an 'uncontested' divorce as no child custody, property, or debt had to be settled, my ex-husband proved to be a challenge to deal with and delayed this process by over a year! I am very pleased that although this team had to remove themselves from my case so I could find a new attorney that could do a 'contested' divorce and force this into a courtroom, they contacted me to finish it, when unexpectedly they received the signed documents from my ex. Needless to say, I am extremely happy and pleasantly surprised at this outcome since from my signature to finalized divorce, it only took 8 business days!! I want to say that Lisa was and continues to be very helpful, knowledgeable and a true asset to this law firm. Her ways of dealing with me and relating to my situation, showed her caring demeanor and this is something that made me feel comfortable in working with her and with Mr. Camarata. I highly recommend them.

My ex wife attempted to have a restraining order issued against me. In court, Mr. Camarata was relentless in attacking the opposition. Sadly, I've been in court with my ex wife numerous times. I haven't seen a lawyer so aggressively go after my accuser, or her lawyer. He never gave them time to breathe. While my ex wife was on the stand, he successfully objected to virtually EVERY question her lawyer asked her. When he cross examined her, he completely picked apart their case. I ALMOST felt sorry for her. He turned up the heat on her so much that soon enough, she was unable to respond to simple, straight, "yes or no" questions without talking for several minutes. He even managed to make an objection to an answer that my ex wife tried to give to a question he asked. When her lawyer complained to the judge, in a feeble effort to make it appear as if he was objecting to his own question, rather than the answer, the judge himself explained to her, step by step, that she was incorrect. He sustained Mr. Camarata's objection. By the end of his questioning, my ex wife, who began with an arrogant posture, had taken on a blank, glassy eyed, deer caught in the headlights, expression. Having been thoroughly outclassed and out fought, the opposition resorted to underhanded tactics. They tried to have undisclosed bits of trivial evidence admitted at the last moment, in an apparent attempt to keep him off balance. He didn't miss a beat, and got the judge to reject it every time. They also tried to force my son's therapist to be a witness against me, even going so far as to say that the therapist herself, was threatened by me. He was quickly able to uncover the truth. He not only showed that she wasn't threatened by me, but that she did not appreciate the opposition's lack of honesty. All my wife's lawyer could do after that, was take cheap shots, like complain that Mr. Camarata didn't stand up when addressing the court. The judge shot that down as well, explaining to her that it's not done in his court. In the end she could only mutter complain under her breath. The reason my son's therapist was even in the picture, was because the attempt at the restraining order was initially designed for my son. The judge already implied he would reject it, so the opposition tried to change things in the middle of the fight, by saying it was my ex wife who supposedly needed protection. Although I was ready and willing to take the stand in my defense, Mr. Camarata was able to get the case dismissed after my ex wife came down from the stand. As for his paralegal, Lisa Mora, she is very professional and caring. She was always there for me to provide help and quick answers to all of my questions and problems. They both have my highest recommendation.

On a Sunday night we were told of a court action involving our grandson was scheduled for Wednesday, only three days away. Mr. Camarata was extremely helpful in answering questions and providing advice.

Mr. Camarata and his legal assistant Lisa were a great legal team in processing my divorce. From day one of my consultation to the final decree, they were professional and responsive to my concerns. I was given honest and realistic advice as opposed to the false hype most attorneys spin in order to get and prolong your case. I was most impressed by Mr. Camarata's intent and commitment to move the process forward in as timely and cost efficiently as possible. I could not have had better representation.

Both Mr. Camarata and his paralegal Lisa did a phenomenal job for me on my case .My case was very difficult and they spent many hours reviewing my case to make sure I had the best possible outcome in the end. Lisa was always friendly and supportive during hard times to make sure all information was correct and that no hidden surprises were going to be found. They were always available when needed and always promptly returned my calls. They are an excellent legal team and I strongly recommend them to anyone who requires an attorney

Such a great, hard-fighting team! They ensured that I was taken care of and understood options as I live out of state. They helped me with a custody change and they were very knowledgeable on the matter. I cannot thank them enough with the patience they have had with me and the matter. Can't say enough about Joseph and Lisa at Camarata Law! Although, this was a terrible experience to go through both Attorney Joe and Paralegal Lisa were always kind, caring and compassionate!
