Dustin Krogh has been my lawyer since my divorce and most recently into a child custody case with a move away. I really couldn’t be happier with him and his firm! He was always responsive and timely. I feel like I need to say this next part because I’m not a fan of having to do anything inside a courtroom or with Lawyers in general but he actually cared about me. Not just the case and the face value of the challenges it brought but me. He handled everything cleanly, gave phenomenal advice and helped me through some very tight and tough times. For perspective I’m a Dad in the state of California fighting custody of 2 kids and moving with them out of state. Through the whole process he kept me grounded, set my expectations accurately, and maintained a professional decorum that I appreciate and admire! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Mr. Camarata represented us in a child support case that was stressful and exhausting. After trying to work it out on our own with minimal results, we decided it was best to involve an attorney. I've hired a few lawyers over the years and have been disappointed, but I cannot give enough stars to Justine and her team for their help. I was recently faced with a serious family matter and Justine more than helped me. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and confident. When I was nervous and at times scared, her confidence was reassuring. She knew that I had a winning case but still kept my expectations inline with reality. I was informed every step of the way and received all the advice one could ask for. That level of honesty is hard to find these days. I felt like I was at an all time low with my custody battle and there was just nothing more I could do. I had spoke with Dustin and he assured me we were able to get things done. Dustin is the best! I was going through a rough divorce and then child custody and child support for years. I first worked with a different attorney, where I felt I was not being heard and treated as "just another client". I was exhausted and frustrated with the system and the attorney's. When I had had enough, I made a consultation with Dustin Krogh and immediately felt relief during our conversation. He took time and was clear in explaining the process. Justine helped me finish a tedious divorce process. She made my life easier by easing uncertainty and anxiety created by my previous attorney. Her staff provides amazing service. My ex wife attempted to have a restraining order issued against me. In court, Mr. Camarata was relentless in attacking the opposition's case. Sadly, I've been in court with my ex wife numerous times. I haven't seen a lawyer so aggressively go after my accuser, or her lawyer. He never gave them time to breathe. While my ex wife was on the stand, he successfully objected to virtually EVERY question her lawyer asked her. When it was his turn to question her directly, he completely picked apart their case. I ALMOST felt sorry for her. He turned up the heat so much that eventually, she was unable to answer simple "yes or no" questions without taking several minutes to do so. He even managed to successfully object to a dishonest answer that my ex wife tried to give to a question he asked. Her lawyer then complained to the judge in a weak effort to make it appear that Mr. Camarata was objecting to his own question, rather than the answer to it. The judge himself took time out to teach her that she was mistaken. By the end of questioning, my ex wife, who began with an arrogant posture, had taken on a glassy eyed, blank, deer caught in the headlights expression. Having been thoroughly outclassed and outfought, the opposition could only resort to underhanded tactics and cheap shots. They tried to have meaningless bits of evidence admitted at the last moment, in an obvious attempt to keep him off balance. He didn't miss a beat and got the judge to reject it every time. They also tried to force my son's therapist to be a witness against me. They went so far as to say the therapist herself felt threatened by me. He quickly uncovered the truth. He showed that she not only wasn't threatened by me, but that she didn't appreciate the opposition's lack of honesty. In the end, Mr. Camarata was able to get the case dismissed without my needing to take the stand. In the final moments, all the opposing "attorney" could do was make unprofessional remarks under her breath as she and my ex wife left the court room with their tails between their legs and heads hanging in utter defeat. As for his paralegal, Lisa Mora, she is very professional and caring. She was always there for me to provide help and quick answers to all of my questions and problems. They both have my highest recommendation.
