If you are looking for a true professional, look no further. Suzanne was amazing. She handled my case where I was facing a felony charge and turned into a dismissal. She was very honest and straight forward with me. She always communicated very well and kept me informed. She is the real deal.

She was great with all the communication, her payment process was simple, and in the end, we got everything we asked for! I was referred to her by a friend of mine who is a lawyer, I am so glad I chose to go with her. I had a PC69 CT#2 reduced with a 17/b PC1203.4 not sure which is first but a wobbler conviction reduced and then expunged. She's great!

I have made several attempts at writing a review to describe just how grateful I am to have recently had Suzanne represent my fiancé; yet, I still struggle to find the appropriate words to convey just how appreciative my fiance, his family, friends, and I are to have had her in our corner. Such words do not exist, it is only an emotion that can be felt. However, I will do my best to express how retaining Suzanne to represent my fiance in his criminal case was (quite literally) life changing. Having a loved one arrested is hard; having a loved one arrested for a crime that never happened is unbearable. In my fiance’s case, he was facing a LIFE SENTENCE for a crime he did not commit. I believe other legal representatives may have looked at his case in its totality, and determined it was too much of an uphill battle. But not Suzanne. She believed my fiance whole-heartedly and promised him the best defense she could possibly give. Not only did Suzanne deliver on her promise - she exceeded expectations. Suzanne has knowledge beyond her years, is one of the most incredible “out-of-the-box” thinkers I have ever encountered, and her attention to detail is uncanny. Never once did we feel she was not putting her all into my fiance's case. She is a go-getter who will take all necessary action to prove the innocence of her client. She is not only there for her clients, but for the family as well. She is totally aware of the hurt and anxiety the family is experiencing, and she was extremely compassionate and was able to keep all of us level-headed. She taught us to trust the process, and to allow her to do her job. We knew Suzanne had other cases, but she certainly makes you feel like your case is her one and only. She was communicative and ALWAYS available. In difficult times, you rely on your family for support; Suzanne became a HUGE part of our support system. My fiance was looking at LIFE in prison. Suzanne believed in his innocence and work relentlessly to prove it. This case never even went to trial - Suzanne was able to get his charges DISMISSED. From life to dismissed. How can you thank someone for that with mere words?

Although I was unable to hire Suzanne due to financial difficulties she was very compassionate and was able to answer all my questions she gave me knowledge and was very patient as I was very frustrated with my situation I know 100 percent she would be able to fight and win my case if I was able to retain her, I highly recommend even if it is only a consult, thank you Suzanne and I'm still trying to trying my hardest to retain you I'm in the appeal stage with a court appointed lawyer and not comfortable at all.

I had contacted Ms. Ferguson on the website on Saturday and received a call from her Sunday afternoon I was very surprised as I did not expect to hear from her for a few days. I had contacted her regarding an older case of my daughters where her record at DOJ is incorrect. In an effort to correct it we had contacted the criminal courts and had found out that her records have been destroyed and we did not have adequate documentation. She had a solution and was willing to act quickly. She explained everything and gave me my options. In the end we ended up letting the situation play out but I would not hesitate to call Ms. Ferguson for any future needs. She was very easy to talk to and comes across as confident and competent.

Having any criminal charges to begin with is never an easy process. I looked at and called several attorneys in my search for representation and from the first time I spoke with Suzanne on the phone I knew she was the one. Not only is she very good at what she does, she is also professional, courteous, kind and caring. Yes.....I said that she is caring....which has never been my experience with other lawyers. Suzanne was as invested in the outcome as I was, she truly took the time to connect with me before,during and after she was retained. If you are anything like me then you listen to peoples reviews and I am hard to impress. If you need a lawyer hire Suzanne or at least have a consultation with her and you will end up hiring her.

I highly recommend Mrs. Ferguson to anybody looking for representation. I was a client of Ron Brower's in the Orange County Jail years ago and Mr. Brower got held up in court and asked Suzanne if she would fill in. She dropped what she was doing and came right down and helped me out! She was very nice to have done that and it was greatly appreciated!
