17 months ago I was injured at my job, and my case was with another attorney, thank God it was transferred to Sunny Delitala’s Office. From the first time I met her I knew I was in good hands, she always kept me in the loop, and always return my phone calls or emails within 48 hours. I never had to worry about things she was always on top of everything! She is a pitbull when it comes to fighting the other party, she’s a force to be reckon with, you don’t wanna mess with her if you’re on the wrong side! She will fight for you and that’s exactly what she did! She fought for me got more than I Thought I would get. It wasn’t the easiest thing with these injuries, but Sunny made it easier and less stressful for me! She’s smart, and a wonderful attorney! Hope I never go through this again, but if I did she would be the attorney for me, you won’t regret hiring her.

I am really glad the I had Sunny as my work comp attorney! She got me all of my medical treatment approved that I needed and was getting denied before I found her! The defense was wanting me to resign from my job, so I kept turning down the offers, Sunny stuck with me and I am able to keep my job and she also got me more of a settlement!
