A neighbor tried to set up a senior citizen friend for a fake assault. Afterwards, the neighbor hired Ms. Perkins while the friend represented himself because he is old and poor. But he does tell the truth. So despite the money the unscrupulous neighbor spent on Ms. Perkins it was not enough to stop a 3 year Elder Abuse restraining order from being applied to her client. And rightly so.
