Lenelle represented myself and my family perfectly. We ran into an issue where we signed a contract for solar with a company that eventually lost it's license to work in the state of CA. She helped me identify who I should reach out to in order to complete the solar install project. As an MSW/advocate for those with disabilities and/or in the midst of aging, I often find myself neck deep in the gaping dark holes in the systems and entities that are supposed to help my clients. When institutions that are supposed to be of service cause harm and fail to step up to their responsibility or do not rectify an adverse situation, my last resort is to consider bringing suit.
