“He had the paper work to review the case come up with a strategy ,he did not bother to look at the paper work, he had no plan after a two week wait, he took the retainer and sat on it no action taken, his communications are lacking.”

“he then tried to brush me off with the fact he was drafting a letter, when I pointed out this was of no use to the situation he dropped the case , he could have done this a month earlier ,thus not giving the opposition a month of advantage .and giving me time to set up a case with another attorney that was ready to take the case.”
