I’ve posted a couple of questions on this website about my adjustment of status (2020), petition of brother to my dad, (2023) and now my LPR brother is sponsoring his wife with derivatives. Atty. I received a denial to my mom's I485 application due to a USCIS error. I contacted several attorneys and Mr Naoki was the one who provided me with the most invaluable advice on how to proceed with the matter. It was a 30 min conversation and he was happy to help me with no charge (other attorneys wanted a retainer of $2k!). I took his advice and my mom's green card got approved in 2 weeks! He also later emailed me on updates to my mom's greencard (when it was approved and when the card was prodoced). Not only is he experienced , he is honest, kind and helpful - it just goes to show how much he truly cares - even when you are not his client.
