Eileen and her whole team have been nothing but amazing through my entire case. I was sued over my moms home in a probate case and originally had a different lawyer who ended up not working out. I switched over to Kendall Law on a recommendation of a friend, and I’m so glad I did. Eileen was easy to communicate with, responsive, and gave me reasonable expectations for my case. She was also empathetic to how difficult litigation can be on the client. My nightmare began summer of 2020. At that time I was a small time landlord who had been dealing with a non-paying tenant who claimed they had COVID-19 related issues preventing them from paying rent for 2.5 years. They ended up owing me less than $200,000, all costs in. At that time, I had a different attorney - someone who "specialized" in evictions only. He came recommended by a friend of a friend, but sat on my case for 2 years. No joke. After being told by my former attorney that the city law made it impossible for me to evict this tenant, I scoured the Internet and found Kendall Law. One of the best decisions I ever made. I wish I had made that decision much earlier on. My attorneys (Eileen Kendall, Eva Kobi, and Alice Estaville) represented me in court. Through a thorough and thoughtful interpretation of the insane eviction laws in Los Angeles, they did what no other attorneys recommended: they told me I could attempt to evict. We discussed the plan and strategized. They successfully moved my case through the court system. I ended up getting my former tenant out. I also ended up leaving the rental business altogether. I credit Kendall Law with doing what a phenomenal law practice should be doing: accurately and aggressively acting in the best interests of their clients. Mind you, I had consulted with other real estate/eviction attorneys prior to going with Kendall Law. I had also consulted with a self proclaimed "best eviction attorney in Los Angeles." Literally every single other law practice I spoke with told me I could not evict my tenant. They were wrong. Eileen Kendall was right. If it weren't for this law practice, I might never have succeeded in removing my former tenant from my property. I don't even want to imagine that scenario at this point. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. I literally tell everyone I know about my horrific experience, and how good this law firm is.

Great firm, very organized and professional I came to them with a City of LA landlord tenant case post moratorium mid 2023.
